AGM over and done with for another year and members eagerly looking forward to better weather and plenty of events to attend. Work is ongoing preparing for our next Model Railway Show on Saturday 30th August (details see Exhibitions on website).

Work is progressing on the new Brickworks layout with Keith C adding foam panels for various landscape levels to baseboard top.

Richard H constructing two Wills small gents urinals for his layout although a slight problem with solvent glue not taking well to the pre-painted surfaces.

Now we have Richard B tackling a cardboard kit for his TT scale layout.

Glyn B trying out a Railway Modeller freebie kit from Metcalfe Models found at the bottom of a drawer.

Michael F working on one of two Parkside 00 gauge plastic coal wagons.

Keith S has fitted a flickering fire in workmen's hut on O gauge Fenland Yard while Brian S ensuring all lights working in engine shed and decrepit wagon store

Steve C and Alan C meanwhile adding a footpath to 7mm narrow gauge Ardgowan.

Before:

After:

Rob & Luke cutting and preparing laser cut footpaths for Luke's 00 gauge layout.

A very enjoyable evening with most members keeping very busy and with refreshments sorted by Ed, Alan C and Steve C as always doing a sterling job, we do all really appreciate it!!!!!!
