Nene Sidings

Nene Sidings is a small freelance layout constructed in 4/mm/foot and built with OO gauge code 100 track. The layout is designed to form a shunting puzzle giving the operator numerous challenges.
 

Nene Sidings is a fictitious location in the Fens around the Isle of Ely. A feeder track leads into three sidings, points are controlled by Seep motors. All the buildings have been scratch built by club members.
 

We like to encourage children and adults to operate the layout when visiting shows.

The layout measures 5 ft x 2 ft and requires a minimum operating area of 8 ft x 5 ft.
Power required is one 13a socket. The layout is easily transported in a family sized car, requires 2 operators.
